Retained Search

Contingent Search
You pay only if there is a successful placement of a candidate.
- No upfront cost
- Pay when the candidate is hired
- Fee is based on a percentage of the first year's earnings
Hybrid Search
Hybrid between Retained and Contingency. You are provided prioritized and dedicated resources on an exclusive search basis.
- Exclusivity agreed upon between companies....no competition regarding recruiting and candidates identified during the search will not be shared
- Non-refundable fee paid at the beginning of the search
- Balance is paid on successful completion of the search
Staff Augmentation
We bill hourly for contractors who meet your specific needs.
- Project based work
- Highly specialized skill set needed for a duration of time
- Short term coverage needed
Consulting Services
You will be billed hourly or by Statement of Work for consulting services.
