She began her career in agency recruiting, where she developed a passion for solving complex searches, building meaningful client relationships, and helping companies scale with agility. Whether partnering with startups or large enterprises, her focus has always been on delivering results in high-impact, hard-to-fill roles.

Driven by curiosity and a desire to better understand the full hiring lifecycle, Sara transitioned into corporate recruiting. Over the next 13 years, she led large-scale hiring initiatives, supported company-wide technology transformations, and helped organizations navigate major structural shifts. Her most recent role was with a global technology company built through dozens of startup acquisitions.

With a strong foundation in both agency hustle and corporate strategy, Sara launched Innovate Talent to bring a fresh, high-touch approach to recruiting. She’s especially drawn to partnering with forward-thinking startups and midsize companies—organizations where every hire matters.
